Our best stay in the whole of Philippines

Brilliant rooms, spacious, clean, you get a fridge and a stove, which is great! The host is so nice and helpful, you can rent motorcycle on property and wash your clothes on property too :)

Great value for money!

Great place, two friendly guys running the place who went out of their way to help us. Even done our washing & organised a trike for us. They had good quality new scooters to rent for only 300 per day. Fridge in room and great outdoor kitchen set up! Water filter outside.

Sooooo good!!

Such great accommodation! They thought of everything. The room was very clean and spacious, plenty of room to move and have table and chairs inside. Lots of shelving for putting stuff. Big TV with lots of cable channels and excellent reception. Very comfortable bed with two blankets so we weren't struggling to fit under one as so often happens. The bathroom was also big with a fantastic hot shower, a basket to hold toiletries and a bucket which was handy for rinsing out clothes. Wifi and A/C were good. Outside on the verandah was a kitchen, table, excellent fridge and purified water. There were also clothes lines available. Our room was so well serviced during our 5 day stay and the staff were always smiling and happy. There are some eating places close by. The big Tagbilaran-Airport bus passes right outside and there are plenty of tricycles and multicabs pass. It is about 2.5 km to Alona central. We enjoyed the walk both ways each day.

Great value

The people here are so friendly. Harold, who runs it, is exceptionally helpful and will arrange anything for you. It’s a quiet neighbourhood but only 100 peso tricycle ride to the town and the beach. Great fridge and well equipped outdoor kitchen

Everything.

Everything. It was so well equipped, the owner had provided everything you could wish for. The outside kitchens were amazing plus great laundry facilities. The rooms were spotless and well furnished and decorated. There is also a great internet connection. The owner was very hospitable and we were able to rent a bike from him for a very decent price. There are also a couple of nice restaurants nearby. It isn’t right in the centre of Alona which was a plus point as more peaceful but it wasn’t too far to reach if you wanted to. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent!

The room is very clean and new. Kitchen outside the room is awesome and convenient where you can cook your own food; it feels like home away from home. There is also a nearby barbecue house around the area. The owner is very hospitable and accommodating. Always ready to assist us. Helpful beyond measure. Comfortable place to stay. Not crowded. I will surely recommend this place!

Great stay in a clean appartement with friendly staff

Outdoor-Kitchen & Fridge; Spacious and clean room; very friendly staff; laundry facilities; some small shops and BBQ-Stands close to the appartement

Taxi-Ride to go to Alona Beach & Center is needed; hard to find, as google and the locals didn‘t know this place, even if it is located on a main road

Amazing stay

I highly recommend this hostel, we had a very good experiencie. The couple who is running the place is very kind and honest. The room is comfortable and clean (they clean it every day). The wifi and the aircon work really good, we didn't have any problem. The location is pretty convenient and the hostel has motorbike for rent (300p per day). There is also fresh water available and all the necessary staff to cook. We would come back for sure! Thanks for everything!
